Johnny Vega aka Gentleman John, Johnny's rise to the top was far from what you would call a normal route, in that he's not know for violence, Johnny's life of crime began with pulling off con-jobs a roll he was well suited to given his exquisite manners which earned him the nickname Gentleman John, but don't let that fool you as when needs must Johnny will go toe to toe with the best of them & despite his charm has a ruthlessness not matched by many.
Exquisite Manners If a non-Leading Role enemy is about to start a fight, the character can say just the right thing to put him off (prior to shots being fired or punches thrown). The character tests his SMARTS +1 each turn until he fails--then the fun begins!

Another great idea for a character, I dare say he is pretty useful with that umbrella too.
ReplyDeleteThanks Michael, but is it just an umbrella ?
DeleteGentleman John, great idea, Frank. he looks positively posh!
ReplyDeleteThanks Martin, its half the fun making up character & finding the right model for it, or vice a versa :)
DeleteExcellent work Frank, another great character with brilliant background.
ReplyDeleteLove the disclaimer ! LOL
Thanks Dave, as the saying goes it takes all sorts, as for the disclaimer that's very important in these days of law suits :)
DeleteGreat character background and name. I like this sculpt a lot too (what manufacturer ?); good selection of colours, making him quite a suave looking guy.
ReplyDeleteThanks Joe, the model is from Pulp Figures, & I think matched up with the character perfectly :)
DeleteYour English Toff could grace the front page of the Tattler, another fun background for your character as well.
ReplyDeleteThanks John, & one wouldn't lower one's self to be seen on the front page of what you commonly re-fair to as the Tatter :)
DeleteFinally catching up in blogsphere Frank, apologies for the absence. Absolutely love that you're doing a gangster theme 😀
